We are a recruitment agency specialising in IT and SAP.

With over 10 years of experience within the IT recruitment space, our team comes from one of the largest recruitment groups in the world. Having been top performers for many years at an incredibly successful company, we wanted to build on this success and do it our own way. Setting up Ampersand allowed us to do this.

 
Looking to create a genuinely fresh approach to recruitment, the team sought and obtained a substantial financial investment from a major force in IT and pharmaceutical recruitment. This investment allowed our team to utilise their existing candidate network and launch a new agency aiming to deliver recruitment on your terms.

Simply put, we don’t have a ‘B’ team. We try harder to give you a service that solves a problem and creates a long lasting business relationship.

In order to give something back, Ampersand is committed to donating 1% of the net profit of each placement to a charity of your choice or one of our selected charity partners.
